You are sitting in a meeting and everybody nods when the new long-term goals of your organisation are presented: ‘We want to have zero emissions by 2030’, ‘We aim to provide optimal customer service’, or ‘We want to be the best employer in our region’. So what if you are responsible for making progress on these goals? How can you spark real action?
